After a long, hot summer of dying flowers, trees and shrubs, it’s time for some yard excitement! Do you have a yard in desperate need of a facelift and some TLC? Do you lack funds or know how? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this contest is for you. (For those who already have a nice yard, please see rule #1 below.) Your Robinson Ridge Landscape Committee will be holding several drawings for a variety of prizes - including one grand prize Extreme Yard Makeover (approximate value $1000).

Tickets are $10. Multiple tickets may be purchased to increase your chances of winning; however, you may only win one prize per category. Tickets are cash only and may be purchased from Friday, September 1st until noon on Friday, September 22nd. All drawings will be held at the pool area, starting at noon on Saturday, September 23rd. Sodas and cookies will be served. You do not have to be present to win.

Your $10 ticket allows one entry in each drawing category. This means that with only one ticket you could possibly win one prize per category, for a maximum of 3 prizes. Increase your odds by purchasing multiple tickets. Odds of winning are extremely high.

Rules and Regulations

1. Please help your community. If you do not need a makeover, but would still like to participate in the drawing(s) and / or donate the prize to a neighbor, please let us know by using the comments section on your ticket.
   
2. You may only purchase a ticket for someone other than yourself (a neighbor) with their written permission.
   
3. Yard makeover winner must sign a form releasing the landscaping committee and HOA of any and all liabilities.
   
4. The landscape committee will not provide any warranty after installation.
   
5. The yard makeover homeowner is 100% responsible for yard maintenance after the initial installation. Care and maintenance consultation will be provided immediately following installation.
   
6. The landscape committee reserves the right to use before and after pictures of the yard for future articles and brochures.
   
7. The yard makeover homeowner must allow a Yard Makeover sponsorship sign to be placed in their yard for 30 days.
   
8. The yard makeover sign can be removed at any time per the discretion of the HOA and/or Landscape Committee.
   
9. This makeover is for front yards only.
   
10. You must be a resident of Robinson Ridge to win any prizes.
