The 2006 Robinson Ridge Annual meeting was held on September 13, 2006 at the Little Elm High School at 7:00 pm.

Thanks to the support of the residents of Robinson Ridge, we were able to establish the needed 20% of homes represented to meet quorum. The agenda was as follows:

• Call to order, verify notice of meeting and establish quorum.


• Approval of minutes from April 26, 2004.


• Approval of 2006 Tax Resolution.


• Brief Overview of Management and Financial Reports


• Election of Board of Directors


• Committee Reports


• Election Results

The minutes from the 2004 meeting and the 2006 Tax Resolution were unanimously accepted. Committee Chairpersons then gave reports about their respective committees.

Communications - Reminder to all to visit www.RobinsonRidge.com for information concerning the neighborhood. Since this is a free resource for the community, it will be utilized more frequently than other means of communication.

Crime Watch - Held National Night Out gathering in August.

Landscaping - The landscaping committee has been working diligently to provide services to the neighborhood. The Yard of the Quarter contests will continue to be held, with the December contest being devoted to the yard with the best holiday decorations and lighting.

Pool - This year the pool committee installed sun shades and video cameras, which resulted in zero closures during the summer.

Social - The Social Committee has done many activities this year and has many more planned. Recurring events are the bi-annual neighborhood garage sales, the Summer Pool Party, Fall Festival, and Holiday at the Ridge. New ideas are always being gathered.

The most important part of the meeting, perhaps, was the election of a new board. After each board candidate in attendance was allowed to speak, the board members were elected by secret ballot and then voted amongst themselves to decide official positions held for 2006-2007.
