Village at Eldorado Parkway Shopping Center-construction started at the corner of Eldorado Parkway/FM-423, opening scheduled for Summer 2006.

Eldorado Parkway Four-Lane Corridor (FM-720 and Toll Bridge)-this major traffic corridor runs North from the North Dallas Tollway, westward to I-35. Denton County to start construction on Eldorado Parkway (old Garza Lane) in the summer 2006; corridor is scheduled for completion by late 2008.

Hart Road, from Chavez Elemntary southward to Eldorado Parkway-this project involves widening the balance of Hart Road to a full four-lane roadway form just south of Chavez Elementary School, southward to Eldorado Parkway; completion is scheduled for late summer.

King Road Widening Project-this project involves widening and conversion of King Road to concrete from Witt Road, eastward to FM-423; scheduled to start September 2006, complete February 2007.

Main Street Improvement Project-this project involves conversion of Main Street to concrete West Park, eastward to FM-720; scheduled to start August 2006; complete January 2007.

Street Lighting of four lane section of Eldorado Parkway-to be installed May 2006.

Traffic Signal at Walker Lane/Eldorado Parkway intersection-to be installed April 2006.

Witt Road-to be widened to four lanes of traffic with a low water bridge crossing. Scheduled to start September 2006, scheduled completion February 2007.
