The board of directors for the Robinson Ridge Homeowners' Association have ended the 5+ year relationship with Community Management Associates, Inc and has chosen Principal Management Group as the new HOA management company.

When asked about the reasons behind the change, Association President Jason Davis provided the following comment:

"The board looked at all vendor contracts at the beginning of the year in order to make sure the Association was receiving value from our vendors. CMA provided good service for the most part, but they were not competitively priced. CMA also was behind the time with regards to technology. In specific, we wanted our members to be able to view their account information and get timely updates with regards to community events/issues. Principal management provided these services and did so at 1/3 of the price CMA was charging."


Principal Management is in development of an HOA website, which will allow members to securely assess account information and make payments for membership dues.

Payments for the second quarter of 2009 should still be made to CMA. Third quarter assessments will contain information on submitting payment to Principal Management.
