| Rules & Guidelines |
- Must have active resident pool card for entry.
- For safety reasons, the pool gate is to remain closed at all times. No propping open of the gate is allowed.
- Appropriate swim apparel required. Waterproof pants or swim diapers required for small children.
- Persons under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at all times (18 or older).
- No glass containers are allowed in the pool area.
- No alcohol or tobacco products are allowed in pool areas.
- Homeowners are responsible for any damages caused by themselves, their children or guests. This also includes the sport court and playground. Video surveillance in use at all times.
- Homeowners and their guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
- Each person is responsible to clean up after themselves before leaving the pool, playground or sports court areas. Trash must be disposed of properly.
- Limit two (2) guests per residence.
- No bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards or scooters are allowed inside the fenced pool area.
- For safety and emergency reasons, do not swim alone.
- Diving, running or horseplay in the pool area is prohibited for safety reasons.
- No pets of any kind are allowed inside the pool area.
- Profanity and inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
